List of Breeders whose Dogs have Inherited Diseases

I was just wondering does anyone know if there is a list somewhere that lists the Breeders or Dogs in Australia that are have been tested or are known to thave inherited diseases such as CEA?

I came across one awhile ago but I can't find it now.

I know of an online database that lists breeds with specific known inheritable traits, but it doesn't list individual dogs, if this helps?
