Help us to promote responsible breeding, pet ownership and standards in canine
care. This is a great way to show appreciation to those who have demonstrated
standards in service and behaviour in all things canine
The MDBA Dog Owners Choice Awards (DOCA) are designed to give dog owners the opportunity
to nominate, to recognize and to honour excellence in all areas associated with
dog ownership.
The Awards provide an opportunity for all those involved in any activity or
service with dogs to be acknowledged for their achievements and commitments
to canine well being. It is about standards of service and ethics, but most
importantly, what makes these awards unique is that the focus is on the people
and what they do and not on the achievements of the dogs. Most nominations come
via, puppy/dog buyers, customers/clients and peers.
Entries for the 2008 MDBA Dog Owners Choice Awards are now open. You must be
nominated or nominate someone you believe to be worthy of recognition, reflection
and reward for their contribution.
Awards are open to all members and non members of the MDBA and nominations
close 31.12.08. Winners will be announced early 2009 .Awards and prizes to be
presented in March 2009.
Don’t miss this opportunity to give someone a pat on the back and a public
thank you for a job well done.

6927 6707.
The nominees will be listed on the MDBA website and in our member magazine.
